After two back to back weddings in the Capital Region, Jessica and I took a trip out to the Turning Stone Resort to shoot my final wedding of the weekend with Mary & David. After 2 weddings the nights before and a 2 hour ride, I was absolutely exhausted, but somehow found a 2nd wind (or shall I call it 3rd?). Since you don’t find your typical wedding at a casino, I was really excited to shoot something a bit different…. I was hoping to shoot some fun gambling shots with the bride & groom, but quickly learned that they are illegal and they will confiscate your camera immediately, hence the reason I don’t have any like that to show you (what a weird law?)
Mary & Dave were awesome to deal with and though it was a bit chilly out, it was overall a beautiful, Fall day. I think this is a great location for a wedding for those looking too do something a little different and the guests enjoyed a little gambling throughout the day and after the wedding, I’m sure.
