Alright…. onto round 2 from last weekend with Ashley & Rich!  I want to start this blog post by giving a couple of props that really helped out a lot…. 1st, Ashley chose to get ready at the Hampton Inn in Saratoga (it’s right off Broadway)… this was my first time shooting here, but for those of you looking at hotels to get ready for your upcoming wedding, this would be the place I endorse – it’s really nice, roomy and an overall great place for shooting getting ready images on the big day.  Hopefully, I didn’t break any hearts on this one, but this is one of my new top 3 places to get ready in Saratoga Springs…. those of you that need help with ideas for other locations, please let me know :)  I also had the chance to work with one of my favorite Makeup Artists, Alayne Curtiss of Make Me Fabulous, who is without a doubt, one of the most sought after people in the wedding industry – she’s absolutely incredible (not that she had a tough job though considering how beautiful Ashley is :)

After getting ready, we headed to a church (which I will keep nameless for how rude the priest was to me and others at the wedding, but will not be recommending ever again).  Ashley & Rich were another couple that made my job super easy, not only are they both good looking, but just so relaxed and in love – as a photographer it’s so nice to have a couple be so natural in front of the camera, without turning around and asking  me “what should we do” every 10 seconds – they and their bridal party were a blast – thanks to all!

The wedding was held at the beautiful Canfield Casino, one of the best reception halls in all of Saratoga Springs, with the help of the amazing New York Players, who rocked the house and kept people on their feet all night long – a great band to check out for those of you looking.  For those interested, you can pre-register your email below to receive automatic notification of when images go live in a few weeks.
