While in the wedding off-season, our team has been working hard to crank out as many album designs and orders as possible. It’s a great time of year for couples to be thinking about ordering their album(s) this time of year, before the new, busy wedding season takes off. I wanted to share a few samples of some of our recent designs too hopefully get those of you dragging your feet a bit in the album mood! New Website Up and Running!

After about 6 months of work, I’m really proud to announce the launch of our new website, which officially went live this week. With the help of some great web designers, we’ve put a lot of effort into creating a fresh new site with lots of great new features that I’m really excited about. Some of the upgrades the new site has vs. the old site are:

-a fancy flash intro (which you can choose to skip if you like)
-easier navigation through menus and pages to browse and find the information you want
-larger image galleries and the slideshow options to browse through images easier with
-an interactive calendar with automatic links to sunset times, online viewing & ordering sites, blog entries & even status updates for your event-added product & album pages with information & photos to help educate of various styles and options
-a new gift and registry page that allows couples to easily add us to their bridal registry for various options
-easy access to make payments online, find online viewing & ordering events, facebook, etc

I hope you’ll enjoy the new site… I want to give some props to Stephen of www.equali.com for doing an amazing job as well as www.overit.com for their fancy intro presentation. Ok, enough telling you how cool it is, click here to check it out for yourself! :)

New Crocodile Leather Albums – Wow!

I’m constantly on the lookout for fresh albums and products to offer since I think having a wide variety is important. This week I tested my luck with a new crocodile leather album which just came in today – I was so impressed I just had to post a few photos so you can see for yourself. These are so unique and you can even have the pages gilded on the side so they have coloring such as gold or silver marble, etc. Who wants to be the first to order one?

Aside from the relationship (of course), the wedding album is without a doubt, one of the most important things that comes from a wedding. As you can see from the blog, I haven’t had much to report or share as of late, however soon enough I’ll have more blog entries than you can handle with the 2010 main wedding season quickly approaching! I wanted to remind all those couples out there that have not yet contacted us about their wedding album, that now is a great time too get going on things and we are glad to help. Ok – so this is the part where I apologize for being horrible with blog updates and hope you can forgive me for not being very interesting lately. Truth be told, I’m enjoying being a new dad and some much needed time off before the chaos of the 2010 wedding season hits in full effect for us. We are making good use of the recent downtime by making some updates and improvements that I’m very excited about, including new albums, new product options, and a brand new website that will launch in a couple months. Stay tuned for updates as I think you’ll really love what we have coming!

This week I wanted to take a minute to show off some of the new albums we have just added to our inventory and client options. What I like about these new albums are their amazing quality and the ability to customize the cover with a 2-tone leather that you can pick out from various different options! For my sample two-toned leather option, we chose a red and black ostrich just for something different, but you can between multiple options based on your tastes. I have two reminders for you:

1) It’s a great time to put the album together now before the 2010 wedding season takes off into full effect – let us know how we can help!

Sealed with a Kiss* Product Spotlight – the Kiss Wedding Album

One of our hottest new albums we are now offering is the Kiss album, which packs quite a punch with it’s plush leather, seamless binding, thick pages and amazing overall quality! They come in various colors of leather based on preference, and I decided to order a new show album for our studio in brown, which I just had to blog about to show you how nice these truly are. The Kiss album is for those that love 3 things….. leather, quality & simplicity, and I have to say they are at the top of the food chain when it comes to the wedding album and form of showcasing your wedding images. They can be done in 10×10 or 12×12 (again in various color leather options), and probably one of the most impressive things is that they are done in about 2 weeks of submitting the order vs. the 4-6 weeks some of the other album manufacturers can have at times. Custom Designed Wedding Albums – Got Yours?

A few weeks ago I posted a link to the album slideshow we did for Tom & Carla….. today the album(s) came in (I ordered an extra for me), and look awesome! Here’s a few samples before we ship them out tomorrow. Product Spotlight – Canvas/Gallery Wraps – A Must Have!

With most weddings, the couple likes to have one nice framed and matted print made up for their mantel or home from the wedding (in addition to the album). One of the hottest new products that people are going crazy over lately, are the new canvas/gallery wraps we now offer – they are a stunning piece of art and come ready to hang on the wall directly out of the box (assuming UPS didn’t damage it like this one here lol)

I ordered a nearly 50″ tall canvas of Raegan & Travis here (one of my absolute favorite images of the year) and am absolutely blown away at how amazing it is….. as you can see, this one had a bit of an accident which I probably shouldn’t be blogging about, but it is seriously absolutely incredible! They are shipping me a brand new one right away, but I had to show you how cool it is. FYI – these can be done in just about any size, so if you are interested, please let me know and we can order you one right away…… you can also order these directly from your online viewing & ordering sites!

Now excuse me, while I go throw this one in the dumpster, LOL

P.S. messy pillows and crooked candlesticks are also REALLY in right now!
