With all the new hype of the iPad2 coming, I decided I’d list my current one on Ebay to offset for the upgraded model I intend to purchase. Since I had to snap a few photos for my ebay listing, I figured I would play around in the studio a bit to see if I could come up with some cool looking shots…. here’s a few I thought came out kind of cool and wanted to share. Apple – you hiring?

I first had an opportunity to meet and work with John & Donna of Sticky Fingers Apples back in 2007, when I was asked to help them photograph some candy apples for a new business they were starting….. 3½ years later, they have become one of the hottest and most popular candy apple companies not just locally, but on a national level! It’s amazing to not only be a very small part of, but watch the success story unfold for such good friends. John & Donna are both two of the kindest people you will meet and their business has grown both, based on their amazing products and customer service. They now have over 70 amazing products and dozens and dozens of different candy apples – each a work of art of their own. They are also now getting more and more into the wedding business, so those of you that are looking for something cool for your wedding (or even just love candy apples, etc) should try them out – I bet my life savings you will not be disappointed! I was honored to have a chance to work with John & Donna again this week to reshoot all of their products for a new, revamped look for their website – here are just a few of the mouth watering apples they offer! We are very excited to launch our new site and business! Pro Album Designs is specifically designed not only for photographers needing help with album design, but also to help those (whether we shot the wedding or not) to have a professional wedding album designed and created using their digital images. This is a great service option for those who either weren’t offered an album with their package when they got married, couldn’t afford it at the time, or maybe just wasn’t a priority until now – it’s never too late to have an amazing, high quality album created and we are excited that we can help!
We also welcome photographers (new and seasoned) to check us out as an alternative option to reducing some of their workflow and hours spent at the computer – We offer design only services or full design, print & bind options. I wanted to do something fun and creative that I hadn’t tried before for Katie & Brian since I didn’t get a good chance to photograph their rings on the wedding day…. I thought it would be unique to try some underwater/splash photography to spice up a few details shots for the album. This type of stuff is not as easy as it looks, but I had fun creating these images and wanted to share a few…
