One of the couples I have really enjoyed getting to know and learn about over the past year is Stacey & Greg, who somehow stumbled onto our website from NJ for their West Orange wedding. When we first met in person it was to photograph their engagement session in an apple orchard here, in the Capital Region, and instantly connected with their personalities. Their engagement session required little to know direction (which is awesome from a photographer’s perspective) as they were already showing how much in love they were just the way they interacted with one another – needless to say, I knew it would be an amazing wedding…
6-7 months later (which happened to be 2 weeks ago), I had the opportunity to spend the night and hang out in West Orange, NJ for the day to photograph their wedding, which was definitely a treat. I was sick as a dog and it was humid as hell, but despite all the challenges, it was an amazing day. I’m not saying other couples aren’t in love or anything like that (so don’t go putting words in my mouth), but Stacey & Greg are truly one of those special couples that you don’t have to look too far to see how crazy about one another they are. I’d like to thank them as well as their families for allowing us to document such a special day as well as all the hospitality shown as well as congratulate Stacey & Greg on their new marriage!
